Acceptance

By using MyStudyDen, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Study Tool Only

MyStudyDen is a study organization and AI-assisted learning tool. It may help summarize, structure, retrieve, or explain course material, but it is not a substitute for your own judgment, instructor guidance, school policies, or professional advice.

You are responsible for checking generated content before relying on it. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your course requirements.

Academic Integrity

You are responsible for using MyStudyDen in a way that follows your school, instructor, exam, and assignment rules. Do not use MyStudyDen to cheat, plagiarize, impersonate someone else, or submit work you are not allowed to submit.

Your Content

You are responsible for the course materials, notes, syllabi, questions, and other content you add to MyStudyDen. Do not upload or process content unless you have the right to use it.

You keep ownership of your content. You allow MyStudyDen to process selected content as needed to provide app features, including AI features you request.

Accounts

Some features require a platform-supported sign-in method through Firebase Authentication. The iPhone and iPad app uses Sign in with Apple, and the Android app uses Google sign in. Keep your account secure and do not attempt to access another person's account or data.

Eggs And Paid Features

Eggs are MyStudyDen's usage unit for AI-heavy features. Egg costs may vary by feature or request size. Bonus Eggs are used before purchased Eggs. Purchased Eggs do not expire.

Paid Egg packs are consumable in-app purchases processed by the applicable platform store. The iPhone and iPad app uses Apple's App Store, and the Android app uses Google Play Billing. Purchase terms, refund handling, and availability may also be governed by the rules of the store where the purchase was made.

Acceptable Use

You may not abuse MyStudyDen services, attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits, reverse engineer server protections, overload the service, or use the app in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Service Availability

MyStudyDen may change, pause, or discontinue features. AI providers, cloud services, and supporting infrastructure may be unavailable from time to time.

No Warranty

MyStudyDen is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MyStudyDen makes no warranties about accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes

MyStudyDen may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
